The Biscuit CLT Podcast

Aug 22, 2019

Humanitarian organizations here in Charlotte and around the world can always use as much help as they can get. Make a Mark, Charlotte is the local chapter of a global initiative that holds 12-hour design and development marathons pairing creative professionals with the organizations whose talents they often need but can’t always afford.

Right now through next Saturday, August 31, both creatives and community organizations of all kinds can apply for this event. The Make a Mark, Charlotte event will be held November 9 at Hygge’s Jay Street location. All interested parties should find more information and apply now at letsmakeamark.org/clt.

In today’s episode of the Biscuit podcast, Tim Miner talks to Make a Mark organizers Kate Micham and Nicole Reyes in the latest segment of Creative Besties. Hear Kate and Nicole talk about how they got involved with the event, what kind of creatives and organizations should apply and how.

The Biscuit Podcast is produced by Tim Miner, Matt Olin and Andy Goh. Music by Harvey Cummings.
